In October 1987, Richard entered the Real Estate scene totally inexperienced in the ways of the industry, but was keen and very determined to succeed in an industry known for its high rate of failures.
Under the careful tutelage of Philip Kennard and an experienced team at Professionals, Kennard Real Estate, he has survived the test of times.
Now with nearly 21 years experience in what he terms "a very interesting industry", Richard can provide you with some of the most important virtues a Real Estate salesperson can offer; honesty & integrity.. his enthusiasm to succeed is as prevalent now as it was when he first started his career.
The national awards that Richard has achieved are a clear demonstration of the consistency of his performance, these include reaching Top 10% sales, 75 million & 500 sales clubs for the Professionals group.
Richard gains great satisfication when helping vendors and purchasers realise their dreams are possible, he especially enjoys touching base with clients that he met in the first few years of his career.
