I have two grown up daughters, Malanie and Rachel. During my early years of marriage, we travelled overseas and lived in Vancouver, BC, Canada for four years where Malanie, my eldest daughter was born.
I have been successfully selling Real Estate citywide in Christchurch for 21 years. For 13 years I had been a shareholder in a boutique Real Estate office.
Real Estate is a changing scene and 4 years ago I decided was the opportune time to relinquish my interest in the company and join the Professionals, Kennard Real Estate Ltd, South Island's No 1 Professionals office for the 9th time in 2007.
One of my greatest pleasures in Real Estate is negotiating a successful property transaction and seeing the new owners settle in to their new house.
