Cleaning to be done prior to vacating the property. This checklist is for your Bond inspection when you vacate the property.
Property to be left in a clean and tidy condition.
 All carpets vacuumed and commercially cleaned prior to vacating the property. A receipt for the carpet cleaning is required before your Bond will be refunded or transferred.
 All walls and ceilings spot cleaned and all doors wiped down.
All vinyl/lino to be washed.
All cupboards empty and left clean including cupboard fronts.
All windows to be washed inside and out, and cobwebs removed from the exterior of the property.
All net curtains to be washed and rehung.
All wooden/aluminium joinery and all light shades/fittings to be cleaned. All light bulbs to be in working order.
Oven and top of stove cleaned, including any trays, oven dishes and rangehood.
Toilet cleaned.
Clean bath, shower and vanity. Ensure all mould removed.
All lawns mowed and gardens weeded and edges trimmed.
All full rubbish bags and compost removed from property.
Garage swept and all rubbish removed.
If the tenant has had pets inside the property the carpets will need fumigating when they are cleaned.
Tenants to leave the correct number of rubbish bags to last until end of April, otherwise they will have to pay for the balance. Recycling bin to be left.
Please ensure you turn off the hot water and the main power.
Any spills on the garage floor or driveway to be cleaned.
All keys must be returned after Bond inspection or locks may be changed at your expense.
If you have a deposit card please return it to the office before vacating. If you fail to do so there will be a charge of $10.00.
If this check list has not been completed, the cost of cleaning etc will be deducted from your Bond.
