Tenant Application Forms
We require a signed copy of the Tenancy Application form & photo identification, ie, passport or drivers license before we can process any application.
Once you have completed the application form, please return the signed form to our office at 33 Halswell Road, Hoon Hay or fax to 03 338 1480.

Please Note: Non Urgent repairs will be attended to within 14 days. If reporting appliance problem, provide make & model of appliance and indicate if gas or electric.
Notice to Vacate Forms
Notice to Vacate Form (online)
The 'Notice to Vacate' form is for use by our existing Kennard Real Estate tenants only.
If you are a tenant in a property that we, Kennard Real Estate, manage you may use this form to advise us of your intention to vacate the property you are currently renting.
Please note:
If the term of tenancy on the Tenancy Agreement was for a periodic tenancy then you will need to give us 21 days notice prior to vacating.
If you use the Notice to Vacate form, we will require a signed copy of this form.
